SEO experts charge thousands of pounds convincing people they’ll be ranked high on Google ONLY if they tweak their website code and pay them a ton of cash etc.
The reason SEO experts hate me is that my sites rank high for my key phrases without any code tweaking and using very inexpensive off the shelf website packages.
I believe content is what ranks sites high and while coding undoubtedly helps, you can get there without it. That’s my opinion which is borne out by my own results.
I rank number 2 on Google for one of my businesses and that is ahead of my direct competition who I know pays thousands of pounds on advertising and coding etc.
I on the other hand pay £3 a month for the website and that’s it.
The reason it ranks number 2 is that I have the key phrase for my site as my title and that’s it folks!
There are a few other key phrases in the text but nothing compared to the SEO content that my competition has put on her site.
I also use those same key phrases in the section that allows me to add a few tags.
All this is part of my £3 a month deal.
The motto of this blog is thus:
Learn about keyphrases and use them in your title, your url, your content and lady luck just might rank you high!

You’ve got a point there. Funny thing is there are a number of websites that I think are well-designed, easy to navigate, and fun to read yet the google page ranks are low compared to some really awful ones I’ve come across.
