The min. word limit is 150, there is no maximum. The choice is entirely yours as to subject matter.

My advice is to write about something you feel moved by, passionate or annoyed about. This could include an observation you made, an experience you had or a question you have. The more variety the better.

I myself enjoy reading articles where the writer shares some personal experience. Individual perspectives are very welcome.

The most important aspect is the title, it must reflect the content and be catchy at the same time.

I might tweak titles from time to time to assist authors in ensuring their content gets maximum exposure.
