How to start your own carpet cleaning business

I’ve often considered setting up a carpet cleaning business myself. But that is based upon my limited knowledge of what appears to be involved, ie carpet cleaning equipment, carpet cleaning chemicals and a vehicle to transport it all. The hard part is getting enough carpet cleaning leads to keep you in business!

I know myself I only respond to the flyers as they come through the door and only then if they have a 50% reduction offer on cleaning services.

I don’t respond to newspaper ads as I don’t read them. So flyers it is! Flyers can be costly and risky as can mainly end up in the bin regarded as junk mail.

However, it is now the case that more and more people are turning to the Internet to search for carpet cleaners in their area and this is creating a great deal of good business for carpet cleaning professionals!

This source says this:

“Over 200,000 people are scheduling carpet cleaning services on the Internet every month. If you aren’t getting a piece of this pie, you are leaving a ton of money on the table. Don’t get left behind!”

The message is armed at owners of carpet cleaning businesses or new start up businesses, as apparently a website re this service is the way to go!

The source goes on to say:

“Guys, I have something very serious to talk to you about. The world is changing around us every day. Whether you know it or not, you are losing carpet cleaning customers if you don’t have a website and aren’t advertising online. Phone books are collecting dust and coupon mailers are being thrown in the trash.”

It reminds us what we already know that the world is turning to the Internet for pretty much everything.

The author of this information can provide details to new or old carpet cleaning business owners how to maximise profits using the Internet to generate and secure sales.
